- Practice twice a week at 2 hours and 45 minutes of (strength & conditioning, mindset training)
- No post-season tournaments (AAU)

Austin Crush is a part of Lone Star Volleyball that consists of one and two day tournaments starting in December and finishing up in April. It gives your athlete the chance to compete against other teams from all over the state of Texas.
